<p>Please keep in mind a few things.</p>
<p>- WOD #1: &#8220;Cafe con Leche&#8221; In the video we mention that if the hurdle gets knocked over you must put it up yourself.  This is true; however we will be using hurdles that do not collapse.  Therefore, if you happen to knock it down, it will not take as much time to stand back up.  Also I mentioned if you do not go &#8220;around the cone you will DNF; I meant you would receive a &#8220;no rep&#8221;, not a DNF.</p>
<p>-WOD #2 &#8220;Lift BIG&#8221;:  It is listed as wod 3, when in acuality it will be WOD 2.  Most importantly, you will have a rack to rest your bar for the front squats and shoulder to overhead.  The bar can be put on the rack after the power clean max effort is over; or even on your last Power Clean rep.  After that, the bar cann0t be lifted off the rack until the clock hitss 00:00.  The bar can be placed on the rack to rest during the one minute of work if you choose.  If you drop the weight on the ground; you must pick it up and rack it.  The judge will not touch your bar.  Lastly please note that at the top of the &#8220;shoulder to overhead&#8221; movement the hips and knees must be fully locked out and thhe feet must be under the hips, not in a split or &#8220;sort of&#8221; split position.  And of course, arms must be fully locked out showing your ears in front of your arms.</p>
<p>-WOD #3 &#8220;CrossFit Cowboys&#8221; is listed as WOD 2 in the video when in-fact it is WOD 3.</p>
<p>- WOD #4: &#8220;Any Given Wod-Day&#8221;:  There are a few changes in the rep scheme.  The video states for the RTG that there are 25 double unders per round.  There are in-fact 50 double unders per round as posted on the original document we posted.  Also, for the Rx, and scaled the Toes to bar and Thrusters are not 10 reps as it is stated on the video, it is in fact 12 of each as it was listed in the document we posted.</p>
